Model of migration of base stations between radio access technologies using SDR and cloud controller of base stations The technologies of the SDR and SDN with the cloud controller were showed. The process of handover in C-RAN and architecture of SDN transport network with small cells was considered. A simplified algorithm for changing the base station technology with continuous subscriber maintenance was proposed
