РАДЯНСЬКІ МОНУМЕНТИ В ПОЛІТИЦІ ПАМ’ЯТІ В УКРАЇНІ 2005–2016 рр.

Presented research provides a general overview of the specific of the politics of memory about Soviet monuments in Ukraine during the period of the highest activation of historical politics in Ukrainian society. The article mostly interested in a fundamental change in social attitudes and practices of the politics of memory of this type of Soviet cultural heritage after Euromaidan. Research will help to understand and conceptualize one of the leading modern Ukrainian culturalphenomena better and to trace its history and background.The study shows that perception of illegal monuments demolitionsubstantially changed after the events of winter 2013–2014. It was legitimized both in public perception and in influental memory agents actions. Among other reasons, it could be linked with legalization of the violence in Ukrainian cultural and political space.The article also shows that factors, which made massive demolishing of Soviet monuments in 2014-2016 possible were highly politically contextualized.They were connected with the declaration of support with Euromaidan protesters and served as a way of approval of Ukrainiian identity in the context of RussianUkrainian conflict and struggle against separatism. That is why not selective and radical anti-Soviet politics of memory could have confrontational potential in Ukrainian society.W artykule przedstawiono przegląd ogólny specyfiki polityki pamjęci naUkrainie odnośnie monumentów radzieckich w okresie zwiększenia aktywizacji polityki historycznej w społeczeństwie ukraińskim. Szczegółowy interes dla naszego badania stanowi kwestia zmiany kardynalnej relacji społecznych oraz praktyk państwowych w polityce pamięci odnońnie tej grupy radzieckiego kulturalnego dziedzictwa po Euromajdanie. Badanie pozwoli lepiej zrozumieć i konceptualizowaćjednego z czołowzch nowoczesnych ukraińskich fenomenów kulturalnych oraz wyświetlić jego historiję ta tło.Дана розвідка дасть загальний огляд специфіки політики пам’яті вУкраїні щодо радянських монументів у період найбільшої активізаціїісторичної політики в українському суспільстві.
