РЕНОВАЦІЙНІ МЕХАНІЗМИ ІНТЕНСИФІКАЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ АГРОПРОДОВОЛЬЧОГО СЕКТОРУ

Particular attention is needed to develop a complex of mechanisms for the intensification of enterprises in the agro-food sector, to determine the possibility of increasing the state's influence on the strengthening of global food security in the current conditions of high investment expectations. The present state of the functioning of the agro-food sector enterprises in Ukraine is investigated and a complex of renovation mechanisms is proposed, which during the period of institutional changes in the world food market and a substantial redistribution of the markets will allow enterprises to develop an intensive direction of development. By carrying out scientific research, we propose the implementation of the task to be implemented through the application of a number of organizational, economic and technological measures to increase the efficiency of the functioning and development of agroformations, which will significantly increase the economic efficiency of production, solve a number of social problems, and increase the motivation of the direct producers of livestock agricultural products. Proposed measures for the formation of own conception of production of genetically modified and organic products, updating of production facilities in accordance with modern ecologization tendencies will allow to implement large-scale projects in accordance with modern requirements for resource conservation, innovation and ecological compatibility, observing the principles of transparency, efficiency and possibilities of using the public-private partnership institute, implementation of energy-saving technologies, complex automation of production processes. The above proposals will reduce external and internal threats and risks, support the economic interests of participants and ensure the priority and safe development of the agrarian sector. The results can be used in the process of further scientific research of an important scientific problem - the formation of global food security on the basis of the construction of its own strategy of the national commodity producer in the context of the world resource and innovation model of environmental and social responsibility.Досліджено сучасний стан функціонування підприємств агропродовольчого сектору в Україні та запропоновано комплекс реноваційних механізмів, які забезпечать підприємствам інтенсивний напрям розвитку. Запропоновані заходи будуть сприяти залученню інвестицій міжнародних фінансових установ в агропромисловий комплекс, дозволять реалізувати масштабні проекти згідно із сучасними вимогами до ресурсозбереження, інноваційності та екологічності з дотриманням принципів прозорості, ефективності та можливості використання інституту державно-приватного партнерства, впровадження енергоощадних технологій, комплексної автоматизації виробничих процесів
