The problems of surgical treatment efficacy increasing in patients with brain vessels giant aneurysms were discussed, criteria, that allowed to apply surgical methods at such pathology, were determined.Рассмотрены вопросы повышения эффективности хирургического лечения больных с гигантскими артериальными аневризмами (ГАА) головного мозга. Приведены критерии, определяющие дифференцированное применение существующих хирургических методов лечения данной патологии.Розглянуті питання підвищення ефективності хірургічного лікування хворих з гігантськими аневризмами головного мозку. Наведені критерії, що визначають диференційоване використання хірургічних методів лікування цієї патології
