МАТЕМАТИЧНЕ МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ І РОЗРАХУНОК ТЕМПЕРАТУРНИХ ПОЛІВ ПРИ ЕЛЕКТРОІМПУЛЬСНОМУ ЗМІЦНЮВАЛЬНОМУ ТОЧІННІ

The method of determination of the temperature fields arising up in the process of the electro-impulsive hardening by lathe turning, in the superficial layer of workpart, on the basis of method of sources. The developed method allows to conduct the analysis of the thermal tense state of local fragment of purveyance in the process of turning, that in the turn enables (appointing the proper modes of turning) to manage quality of superficial layer of workpart. The necessity of such method is dictated by the problem of experimental determination of temperature in the area of cutting because of transience of process.Запропоновано методику визначення температурних полів, що виникають у процесі електроімпульсного зміцнювального точіння (ЕІЗТ), в поверхневому шарі деталі яка обробляється, на основі методу джерел. Розроблена методика дозволяє провести аналіз термонапруженого стану локального фрагменту заготовки у процесі обробки, що в свою чергу дає можливість (призначаючи відповідні режими обробки) керувати якістю поверхневого шару деталі, яка обробляється. Необхідність такої методики диктується проблемою експериментального визначення температури в зоні різання зважаючи на швидкоплинність процес
