ТЕРМОДИНАМІЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ПРОЦЕСУ ВПОРСКУВАННЯ ЗРІДЖЕНОГО ПРОПАНУ ДО ДВИГУНА ВНУТРІШНЬОГО ЗГОРАННЯ

The paper is dedicated to a research into the process of liquefied gas injection to the inlet manifold of the internal combustion engine working on a steady-state mode from a perspective of classical thermodynamics. There has been developed a method for calculating the parameters of the gas-air mixture depending on initial parameters of air and liquefied petroleum gas – (LPG) at the engine inlet. The process of evaporation of liquefied propane, being injected to the inlet pipe of the internal combustion engine, has been reviewed. The influence of injected liquefied propane on the temperature of the charge and the cylinder filling, and therefore, on the engine energy performance has been shown. There have been done calculations for the two modes of the engine operation – full load and idle modes.Робота присвячена дослідженню процесу впорскування зрідженого газу до впускного колектору двигуна внутрішнього згорання на сталому режимі роботи з позицій класичної термодинаміки. Розроблено методику розрахунку параметрів газоповітряної суміші в залежності від початкових параметрів повітря та зрідженого газу на вході до двигуна. Розглянуто процес випаровування зрідженого пропану після його впорскування до впускного трубопроводу двигуна внутрішнього згорання. Показано вплив впорскування зрідженого пропану на температуру заряду та на наповнення циліндру і, відповідно, на енергетичні показники двигуна. Виконано розрахунок для двох режимів роботи двигуна – на повному навантаженні та в режимі холостого ходу
