The author analyzed features of the development and presentation of internal reporting by structural units of public higher education institution. The centers of financial responsibility report about the balance of incoming and outgoing cash flows and about budget execution. The author analyzed the possible structure of the typical budgets for departments that provide educational services in public higher education institution. Досліджено особливості розробки та подання внутрішньої звітності структурними підрозділами державного вищого навчального закладу – центрами фінансової відповідальності щодо збалансування вхідних та вихідних грошових потоків та звітів про виконання бюджетів, включаючи можливу структуру типових бюджетів для підрозділів, що надають освітні послуги
