The problems of formation of techno-park structures in the western region have been estimated and researched in detail in the article. Special attention has been drawn to Ivano-Frankivsk “Oil and gas scientific and research park”, which for a long time is out of the attention of scientists. Possibilities have been researched and perspectives of their development have been stated.Виявлено та детально досліджено проблеми формування технопаркових структур в західному регіоні.
