КОНСТРУКТИВНАЯ РОЛЬ МЕЖЛИЧНОСТНОЙ КОММУНИКАЦИИ

The concept of system – dynamic approach to communication is further developed in this article. The study of the constructive role of interpersonal communication in realization of the conditions and criteria for successful information exchange between the addresser and the addressee in the «leader – subordinate» is drawn attention to; the parameters of communication strategies in the management process are examined. As well as techniques to optimize the success of interpersonal communication to coordinate the process of the efficient management in organizational performance are examined.В статье получила дальнейшее развитие концепция системно–динамического подхода к коммуникации, обращается внимание на изучение конструктивной роли межличностной коммуникации в реализации условий и критерий успешного обмена информацией между адресантом и адресатом в системе:«руководитель – подчиненный»; анализируются параметры коммуникативных стратегий в управленческом процессе. А так же приемы, направленные на успешную оптимизацию межличностной коммуникации для координирования эффективного управленческого процесса в организационной деятельности
