КОМПЛЕКСНАЯ УТИЛИЗАЦИЯ ОТХОДОВ СЕПАРАЦИИ ТОПЛИВА В СУДОВЫХ ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКИХ УСТАНОВКАХ

Problems of complex utilization of a waste of separation of heavy motor fuel in apparatus having common thermal and mass interchanging with other elements of ship power installation are considered. The integrated mathematical model of process парогазовой gasifications of slimes with chemical regeneration of warmth and recirculation of the completed gases on a drive admission is executed. On the basis of numerical experiments engineering realizability and economic feasibility of use of complex utilization of slimes is displayed at maintenance of ship installations with diesel engines. Рассмотрены вопросы комплексной утилизации отходов сепарации тяжелого моторного топлива в аппаратах имеющих общий тепло- и массообмен с другими элементами судовой энергетической установки. Выполнена укрупненная математическая модель процесса парогазовой газификации шламов с химической регенерацией теплоты и рециркуляцией отработавших газов на впуск двигателя. На основании численных экспериментов показана техническая выполнимость и экономическая целесообразность использования комплексной утилизации шламов при эксплуатации судовых установок с дизельными двигателями.
