ВПЛИВ СТРАЙКОВОГО РУХУ НА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЮ ВУГЛЕВИДОБУТКУ У ДОНБАСІ (1914-1917 рр.)

Визначено, що страйковий рух шахтарів набрав найбільшого розмаху у 1916-1917 рр., коли відбулося загострення соціально-побутових проблем, що створило ґрунт для діяльності антиурядових організацій. Стверджується, що поширення страйкового руху призвело до певних змін у організації роботи гірничо-видобувних підприємств із залученням до роботи нових контингентів працівників, які до того часу не допускалися до масштабного виконання гірничих робіт
