І. Г. ХАРИТОНЕНКО: З ІСТОРІЇ ЗАСНУВАННЯ ДИНАСТІЇ ЦУКРОЗАВОДЧИКІВ

Today some historians begin to spread a new approach to business as a private initiative activities – study material as well as spiritual side of his role and place in it a man with a high creative and cultural potential. Attention is drawn to creative entrepreneurship, and in particular its contribution to the development of education and culture. The relevance and feasibility of the study of life dynasty Sugar Kharytonenkos due to the fact that citizenship of the best representatives of their heritage and issues of tune with the many problems of our time, and therefore deserve special attention and thinking. The purpose of the study is that based on the analysis of archival materials, handwritten documents, published sources, contemporary periodicals, highlight the complex history of the genus Kharytonenkos, find out the little known facts of life and work of iconic figures of this kind and rejecting previously existed in Soviet historiography ideological bias this family objectively determine the place and appreciate its importance in the social processes of empire appointed period. The main array of biographical data taken by the author of the book, which was published in Odessa in 1894, typography «Southern edge». Despite the fact that the book is no author, most biographical data then indeed confirmed archives during our study. Selected Thread has not been the object of special scientific study. Therefore, it became necessary to its development on the basis of archival documents and published sources based on modern approaches to research. The study is proved that it was Ivan Kharitonenko was the founder of the dynasty Sugar. Under the dynasty we mean a group of people originating from one family, continues the work of his parents, followed in their footsteps. That is Ivan Kharitonenko laid the foundations of entrepreneurial tradition, the main components of which were family succession cases, innovative nature of implementation of tasks. In the study of his activities as a sugar manufacturer we consider it from the standpoint of individual life and management, but not forgetting the ethical and psychological guidance. Patriarchal traditions, religion is also displayed on the business. I. H. Harytonenko understand entrepreneurship as a major organizing and driving force of active industrial and economic mechanisms that affect the socio-economic development is not just a region but also of the country in particular. His life most revealing, complex and contradictory.
