ПРОБЛЕМИ І НАПРЯМИ КОМЕРЦІАЛІЗАЦІЇ НАУКОВИХ РОЗРОБОК ТА ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В УКРАЇНІ

Article is devoted to research of problems of commercialization of scientific developments and identify processes of the commercialization of research results. It analyzes the main trends in the development of innovative activity in Ukraine. There is an ongoing process of expansion of business cooperation relations with academic organizations. Commercialization of scientific research has the effect of increasing the income of scientific research institutions of workers, as well as improving the financial situation of the organizations themselves.The ways of commercialization of scientific research: the commercialization through the sale of intellectual property rights on an innovative product; commercialization through the sale of innovative products, in the production of which used the results of scientific research; integration of higher education, science and business. The main methods of commercialization of scientific developments are business incubators, science and technology parks, innovation and industrial clusters.The basic directions of the process of commercialization of research results. Effective interaction of science and economy of the manufacturing sector will enable the company to quickly upgrade that will improve the level and quality of life through a balanced socio-economic system of innovation type.Статья посвящена вопросам исследования проблем коммерциализации научных разработок и определению направлений процесса коммерциализации результатов научных исследований. В работе проанализированы основные тенденции развития инновационной деятельности в Украине, рассмотрены пути коммерциализации научных разработок и формы взаимодействия науки и бизнеса. Определены основные направления процесса коммерциализации результатов научных исследований.Стаття присвячена питанням дослідження проблем комерціалізації наукових розробок та визначенню напрямів процесу комерціалізації результатів наукових досліджень. В роботі проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку інноваційної діяльності в Україні, розглянуто шляхи комерціалізації наукових розробок та форми взаємодії науки і бізнесу.
