Психологічне здоров’я менеджера, як невід’ємна складова його лідерства: педагогічний аспект

The phenomenon of leadership has been conceptualized and studied throughout the history of humankind. The more complex relations between people are, the more complex and subtle this phenomenon becomes. The situation is similar when considering approaches to leadership development. One can hardly imagine the time when this phenomenon can be explored in full. Instead, the competitive environment intensifies the development of management and organizational methods, and thus demands some response of educational establishments. So, development of personal qualities is considered to be an important feature of a competitive professional, as they ensure an adequate level of professional competence and increase the internal potential of an individual. Leadership must be considered as a necessary component of professional competence of a manager, without which a complete self-actualization of a professional is not seen possible. This article considers such professional component of management activity as psychological health. Here the concept of emotional burnout in the context of professional activity is emphasized, as well as domestic and foreign approaches to analyzing the given definitions are presented. The issues of stress and its consequences are considered. The article provides the reasons why emotional and reflective component should be included in training programs for managers.В статье рассматривается такая составляющая профессиональной деятельности менеджера как психологическое здоровье. Уделено внимание понятию эмоционального выгорания в контексте профессиональной деятельности. Представлены отечественные и зарубежные подходы к анализу данных дефиниций. Рассмотрены вопросы стресса и его последствия, влияние психологического здоровья менеджера на возможность выполнения им своих профессиональных обязанностей в качестве лидера коллектива. Обоснована целесообразность включения эмоционально-рефлексивного компонента в образовательные программы подготовки менеджеров.У статті розглядається така складова професійної діяльності менеджера як психологічне здоров’я. Приділено увагу поняттю емоційне вигорання у контексті професійної діяльності. Представлено вітчизняні та зарубіжні підходи до аналізу даних дефініцій. Розглянуто питання стресу та його наслідків, вплив психологічного здоров’я менеджера на можливість виконання ним своїх професійних обов’язків в якості лідера колективу.
