МОДИФІКАЦІЯ КОНСТРУКЦІЇ ТА СКЛАДУ КОМПОЗИТІВ В КРИШКАХ КОКІЛІВ ДЛЯ ВІДЦЕНТРОВОГО ЛИТТЯ ГІЛЬЗ ЦИЛІНДРІВ ДВЗ

This article is the result of experimental direction in the applied project №0115U000317 „Fundamental studies of superficial high-strength structures with variable wear resistance”. The purpose of this research is to modificate the improved coupling construction the lid for the centrifugal casting form by replacing the monometallic flanges with the multilayer composite structure with a ceramic changeable tab in the contact area of the melt with a lid and metal-ceramic heat insulator with closed porosity. The object of the investigation is the structural features and composite composition of elements of a split construction of covers for centrifugal casting form. It consists of 6 parts. They include Introduction, Overview of major developments, Results, Discussion, Conclusions and the References. This research determines the main causes that cause structure forming of materials surfaces in casting form and cylindrical metal blank. Improved construction and composite composition of the main structural elements for the front cover in centrifugal casting form has been presented. The split structure without monometallic elements containing the front layer in the form of a thin ceramic tab is optimally defined, the thermal insulation layer from the metal-ceramic composition with the closed porosity on the basis of the titanium sponge and the filler in the silicate-alcohol matrix and the mechanical basis in the form of a cake from the titanium sponge and cast iron swarf have been developed.В статті наведено результати досліджень впливу матеріалів та конструкції елементів кокілів відцентрового лиття, зокрема кришок, на протікання процесу структуроутворення поверхні виливку та відповідно, якість отриманої заготовки. Продемонстровано основні етапи розробки в даному напрямку в межах теми № 0115U000317 «Фундаментальні дослідження поверхневих високоміцних структур із змінною зносостійкістю». Вдосконалено конструкцію та композитний склад основних елементів конструкції для передньої кришки кокілю відцентрового лиття. Оптимальною визначено роз’ємну конструкцію без монометалічних елементів, що містить передній шар у вигляді тонкої керамічної вкладки, теплоізоляційний шар з металокерамічного композиту з закритою по всьому об’єму пористістю на основі титанової губки та наповнювача в силікатно-спиртовій матриці та механічну основу у вигляді брикету з титанової губки та чавунної стружки
