Diastasis recti abdominis (DRA) ili povećani inter recti razmak (IRD) je opisan kao razdvajanje rectus abdominis mišića. Može se javiti tijekom trudnoće i nakon porodjaja. Mota, Pascoal & Bo (2015) otkrili su da DRA može pogoditi 100% trudnih žena i može se zadržati u postporodjajnom periodu kod 35%-60% žena.
