El urbanismo y su planificación compatibilizados con la preservación del patrimonio histórico. El caso Tarragona.

The study of the historical heritage of "Casas Baratas" of Tarragona by their proprietors, and subsequently, the intererrelación between the propietors and the municipal officials, since the second half of 2007 to the present, has allowed the preservation of this historical and citizen heritage, in front of an excessively aggressive urban planning. To achieve the recognition of this heritage, we has analyzed the historical, social and political circumstances of the town during the period 2007-2010, and the positive effect of the great quantity and quality of the newly discovered historical documents in the Cooperative Archive of "Casas Baratas Baratas de Tarragona", information that will be extracted, analyzing thoroughly to becoming an organized knowledge.El estudio del patrimonio histórico de las Casas Baratas de Tarragona por parte de sus propietarios y, posteriormente, la intererrelación de estos con los responsables municipales, desde el segundo semestre del año 2007 hasta la actualidad, ha permitido la preservación de este patrimonio histórico y ciudadano frente a una planificación urbana desmesuradamente agresiva. Para conseguir el reconocimiento de este patrimonio se han analizado las circunstancias históricas, sociales y políticas de la ciudad en el periodo 2007-2010 y el efecto positivo generado por la gran cantidad y calidad de la documentación histórica del recién descubierto Archivo de la Cooperativa de Casas Baratas "La Colectiva" de Tarragona, información que se ha ido extrayendo, analizando cuidadosamente y transformando en conocimiento organizado
