This document is a standardized questionnaire model used to collect relational information about wage-setting processes in order to implement the social network analysis of the NETWIR research project. This questionnaire was further adapted the to the specific conditions of each country (Ireland, Italy, Netherlands and Spain) and sector (Retail and Pharmaceuticals). Based on exploratory interviews, together with potential pattern setters 'sectors and companies for wage-setting, and actors and events of collective bargaining processes were further included, generating a specific survey for each sector, country and even company in those cases where needed.
