Stafne bone cavity (SBC) is a rare lingual bone depression that is asymptomatic and contains salivary glands. Radiographically, an SBC is usually seen as well-defined homogenous oval radiolucency in the mandibular posterior region, below the mandibular canal. In this paper, a rare case of posterior-variant, double SBCs was presented. A 43-year old male patient was referred to our clinic with the complaint of third molar teeth. Panoramic and cone-beam computed tomographic images showed two well-defined oval radiolucencies on the left mandibular molar region, inferior to mandibular canal borders.
