PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA BANDUNG

 This research aims to understand the effect of the Bandung Health Office employee competency on their productivity. The research uses quantitative method, particularly path analysis, which reveals the scale of effect of employee competency on productivity, both simultaneously and partially. The result showcases that simultaneously, the effect of employee competency (X) on productivity (Y) is 68.9%, while the effect of other factors (ε) on productivity (Y) is 31.1%. Partially, the influence of employee competency (X) consists of three main components those are attitude (X1) which has positive effect on productivity (Y) by 17%, knowledge (X1) which has positive effect by 42.1%, and skills (X3) which has positive effect by 9.8%. From the three competency components which have partial positive effect on productivity, it can be seen that knowledge (X1) is the dominant partial factor in determining the productivity of Bandung Health Office employees. A conclusion drawn in this research is that employee competency has positive effect on productivity of Bandung Health Office employees. Moreover, the three components of competency which affect productivity have been applied comprehensively.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pegawai terhadap produktivitas kerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif melalui penggunaan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh variabel kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan, pengaruh kompetensi pegawai (X) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) sebesar 68,9%. Adapun pengaruh variabel lain (ε) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) sebesar 31,1%. Sedangkan secara parsial, pengaruh kompetensi pegawai (X) yang terdiri dari tiga komponen kompetensi meliputi : komponen sikap (X1) berpengaruh positif sebesar 17%. Komponen pengetahuan (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) sebesar 42,1%, dan komponen keterampilan (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) sebesar 9,8%. Dari ketiga komponen kompetensi pegawai yang memberikan pengaruh dominan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai adalah komponen pengetahuan (X 2) berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai (Y) Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung sebesar 42,1%. Selanjutnya penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompetensi Pegawai berpengaruh secara positif terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung. Bahwa secara menyeluruh Kompetensi telah dilaksanakan dan dijalankan sesuai dengan faktor-faktor produktivitas kerja.&nbsp
