The aim of the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis was to describe the crowd behavior and its placement in the online environment. Furthermore, online consumer culture, socio-technological context and the influence of crowd behavior on the purchase of smartphones were described.The practical part of the work verifies research question that crowd behavior is related to consumer behavior when buying smartphones.
