Bachelor´s thesis is about marketing situation analysis of Dačice castle in the south of Bohemia. The main goal is knowing of important factors influence marketing of castle Dačice. These knowledge can be useful for future marketing strategy. Concepts of marketing management are based on tourism and described in theory. The analysis were choosen in methodology and realized in practise. Analysis bring knowledge about castle´s sources, external and internal factors, segmentation, targeting and positioning. Marketing mix was oriented on tourism. Results of analysis are reflected in SWOT analysis which is important for goal´s determination.
