Pengaruh Sustainability Report Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Sustainability Reports on firm value with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and CGPI organized by IICG in collaboration with SWA magazine in 2012-2017, companies that report annual reports in 2012-2018 and report on sustainability reports (Sustainability Report) from 2012-2017 separately or as reported in the annual report. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method with the number of final samples obtained by 67 companies. The statistical method used to test the hypotheses in this study is multiple linear regression with Moderating Regresion Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the Sustainability Report has a significant effect on company value, the information on the economic dimension in Sustainability Report has a negative and significant effect on firm value, the information on the environmental dimension in Sustainability Report has no effect on firm value, and the social dimension information in Sustainability Report has no effect on the value of the company.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Sustainability Report terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Indonesia (BEI) dan CGPI yang diselenggarakan oleh IICG bekerja sama dengan majalah SWA tahun 2012-2017, perusahaan yang melaporkan annual report tahun 2012-2018 serta melaporkan laporan berkelanjutan (Sustainability Report) dari tahun 2012-2017 secara terpisah ataupun yang dilaporkan dalam annual report. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel akhir yang diperoleh sebanyak 67 perusahaan. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan Moderating Regresion Analysis (MRA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menjukkan bahwa Sustainability Report berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, informasi dimensi ekonomi dalam Sustainability Report berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Informasi dimensi lingkungan dalam Sustainability Report tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan Informasi dimensi sosial dalam Sustainability Report tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan
