Carl B. Fritsche, Tuscaloosa Business executive, was a speaker at the 38th annual Anniston Chamber of Commerce dinner at Jacksonville State Teachers College. J. C. Inzer; Col C. E. Jones, commanding officer of Anniston Ordnance Depot; Col Hugh Parker, commanding officer of Fort McClellan; President Houston Cole, of Jacksonville State Teachers College; Lloyd Foster, president of the National Association of Commercial Organization Secretaries and general manager of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, and R.
