A model of an ultrasonic waveguide with a cos junction and optimization of the bolt attachment point and the length of the reflector was proposed. A numerical simulation of the proposed waveguide design was carried out in the Comsol Multiphysics program. According to the results of numerical simulation, the resonant frequency of the waveguide with the cos junction was found, the optimal length of the reflector and the point of attachment of the bolt ensuring its minimum deformation. Also the design of this waveguide was simulated in a developed program that provides parallel computations using OpenCL technology
