PROCEDURE FOR CASH PLANING AND BUDGET ORGANIZAION COSTS IN THE TREASURY

The article explores the organizational elements of the treasury in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the need for cash planning in the execution of the state budget and the management of budget funds, cash flow planning in the treasury. The treasury studies the full and timely receipt of revenues in the revenue part of the budget and the control over the targeted use of budget funds in the expenditure part. The introduction of a system of operational management of treasury operations carried out with the funds of the state budget, the centralized management of liquidity of the Single Treasury Account is studied. Using the experience of foreign countries, conclusions and recommendations on cash planning and effective management of public funds in the treasury in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the payment of budgetary organizations are presented
