This article highlights the issues of enhancing professionalism through the use of new pedagogical and information technologies, interactive teaching methods and innovative methods to prepare teachers with new professional qualities. The article describes how future educators who have mastered innovative techniques have the opportunity to create effective learning environments for their children, develop the skills to treat each child as an individual, and implement activities that are highly effective in pedagogical situations. Also, the teaching staff working with innovative methods to plan and organize the classroom process to stimulate students\u27 active and critical thinking, as well as the tasks that must be followed in designing the learning process
