ADVANTAGES OF USE OF EUROBONDS

In the course of the work, the essence of Eurobonds was outlined, key characteristics and features of Eurobonds as an investment instrument were identified. The circle of participants and the infrastructure of the market for this financial instrument is presented. Studied Eurobond products offered to international investment companies. This article also examines the debut issue of Eurobonds by the Republic of Uzbekistan. The theoretical and practical foundations of the issue of Eurobonds are given. An analysis of the emission of Eurobonds by other CIS countries is made. Other ways of redistributing funds from the emission of Eurobonds in the Republic of Uzbekistan are proposed
