Blok poliüretan sünger üretimi sürecinin çokamaçlı eniyileştirilmesi

Polyurethane foam is the most widely used flexible plastic. It is used in the production of a wide range of products such as thermal insulation and packaging materials, cushions, mattress mats, carpet floors and elastic floor coverings. The flexible polyurethane foam is a plastic, open-cell thermosetting group made of a combination of various chemicals. The main ingredients forming the polyurethane foam are polyols, toluene diisocyanate, water, amine and tin catalysts. In this thesis, the effects of the catalysts used in the production of flexible polyurethane foam on the mechanical properties were investigated. The design of the experiment was done by Taguchi method. Combinations of selected 3 different catalysts were investigated with 3 different levels. T-9 is a tin catalyst; LV-33 and BL-11 are amine catalysts. Experiments were carried out in laboratory. The experiment results were analyzed with Minitab software. And, the effects of the catalysts on deformation, tear resistance, hardness, porosity and, density were discussed.Poliüretan sünger en yaygın kullanılan esnek plastiktir. Isı yalıtımı ve ambalaj malzemeleri, minderler, yatak şilteleri, halı tabanları ve elastik yer döşemeleri gibi geniş yelpazede ürün çeşitlerinin üretimlerinde kullanılır. Esnek poliüretan sünger, çeşitli kimyasalların birleşimiyle üretilen yumuşak, açık hücreli termoset grubundan bir plastiktir. Poliüretan süngeri oluşturan ana maddeler, başta polioller, toluen diizosiyanat olmak üzere, su, amin ve kalay katalizörlerdir. Bu tezde esnek poliüretan sünger üretiminde kullanılan katalizörlerin süngerin mekanik özelliklerine olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Deney tasarımı Taguchi yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Seçilen 3 farklı katalizörün 3 farklı seviyedeki kombinasyonları incelenmiştir. Bu katalizörlerden T-9 kalay katalizör, LV-33 ve BL-11 ise amin katalizörlerdir. Deneyler laboratuvar ortamında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deney sonuçları Minitab yazılımıyla incelenmiştir. Bu sayede katalizörlerin deformasyon, yırtılma direnci, sertlik, hava geçirgenliği ve yoğunluk üzerinde etkisi olup olmadığı tartışılmıştır
