The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of innovation, transformational leadership and competence as exogenous variables on employee performance as endogenous variables and the indirect effect of innovation and transformational leadership on employee performance through competence as a moderating variable. To conduct this research, 150 employees with a total population of 587 employees in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia surveyed easily through a structured questionnaire.
