Autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) have been considered an uncommon childhood disorder, but now they are estimated as one of the most prevalent types of developmental disabilities. Although people are more aware of ASDs, many questions remain. The purpose of this phenomenological study is to explore three issues: parents\u27 of young children diagnosed with ASDs perceptions of supports thought to be effective in addressing stress, practitioners\u27 views of interventions, and parents\u27 and interventionists\u27 perceptions of the structure of the home visit used in Early Intervention.
