The article presents theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the impact of migration flows caused by the participation of a number of states in the Bologna Process on the security of the state. The research carried out by the authors make it possible to substantiate the relevance of the development of methodological tools for the impact of migration processes on the security of the country. Since inclusion in the Bologna Process implies an increase in migration flows. The implementation of the methods presented is confirmed by the results of its practical adaptation based on a comparative interstate analysis.
