The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work placement on the performance of the production division employees at PT. Wanapotential Use. This type of research used in this research is a case study. The population in this study were all employees of the production division of PT. Wanapotential Use. This research data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study used 108 respondents. The test results in this study indicate that job placement affects the performance of employees at PT. Wanapotential Use.
