The article presents the results of a system analysis of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), including for agricultural technologies, as well as airplanes and helicopters for fighting fires. Based on the results of the analysis, a systemic synthesis of a hybrid aircraft was carried out to integrate the solution of these problems, which is the airship. It is shown that airships are mobile, reliable and autonomous means, with a high carrying capacity and weight return, versatility of use and low total cost: 10 times less than the manufacture of a helicopter and 100 times lower than its operating costs.
