AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze whether the influence of budgetary participation, organizational commitment, environmental uncertainty, and motivation to budgetary slack. Sampling research using non probability sampling with a total of 30 samples. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that Budget Participation has a significant effect on Budgetary Slack.
