Mediações da leitura literária no primeiro ano do ensino fundamental: o olhar dos professores

This study, which presents as a collaborate research with qualitative character, proposes comprehend mediations around literary reading realized by first-grade teachers of primary schools from the Municipal School System of Boa Vista, in the state of Roraima. It seeks to answer the question: Which are the feelings produced by teachers to their experiences as literary reading mediators in their pedagogic performance? Against this central guiding question, some other inquiries naturally emerge, and may help me answering the main questioning: which conceptions about literary reading mediation do the literacy teachers of the Municipal School System have? How literacy teachers mediate literary reading with their students? From those questions come the following objectives: identify the conception of literary reading mediation from literacy teachers starting on their participation on an action of continued formation; know the continued formation process of SMEC-RR literacy teachers in the mediation reading field; comprehend the literacy reading mediations of first grade literacy teachers from the Municipal School System of Boa Vista; Therefore, the reading mediation process is analysed in a historical cultural perspective, and not descriptive. The methodological path began with a bibliography revision about the theme, the school choices and the research subjects. The semi-structured interview with the selected teachers, the journal for notes of collaborative observation and the workshops of continued and collaborative formation contributed to the construction of this study analysis corpus. Enlighted by Vigotski (2010) theoretical assumptions, I approach the learning mediation process, trying to articulate language’s philosophy of Bakhtin (2006) to comprehend the nature of experience with literature. The movement of making researches with teachers and not about them, allow hearing their voices, recognizing and learning through their experiences, their speeches, as well as share and (re)build knowledge in an interactive movement in which senses are negotiated, meanings are shared, paradigms are broken, and practices are reworked. It concludes that the feelings produced in the collaborative formation relation echoed in the way of rethinking and effectively construct a literary reading mediation work with the first-grade students from the Municipal School System of Boa Vista – RR. Furthermore, that the collaboration and partnership process established between research participant teachers and, also, the researcher during the workshops were fundamental to changes in the classroom practices, as well as insertion od a work focused in literary reading mediation that contemplated more the text aesthetic rather than literary utilitarian function and, by following, the formation of the literature reader.Este estudo, que se caracteriza como uma pesquisa colaborativa de caráter qualitativo, propõe compreender as mediações em torno da leitura literária realizadas por professores do primeiro ano do ensino fundamental em escolas da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Boa Vista, no estado de Roraima. Busca responder à questão: Quais os sentidos produzidos pelos professores para suas experiências como mediadores da leitura literária no seu fazer pedagógico? Diante dessa questão norteadora central, algumas outras indagações emergem naturalmente e podem ajudar a responder ao questionamento principal: que concepções sobre mediação de leitura literária os professores alfabetizadores da Rede Municipal possuem? Como os professores alfabetizadores fazem a mediação da leitura literária junto a seus alunos? Dessas questões surgem, os seguintes objetivos: identificar a concepção de mediação da leitura literária dos professores alfabetizadores a partir da sua participação numa ação de formação continuada; conhecer o processo de formação continuada de professores alfabetizadores da SMEC-RR na área de mediação de leitura; compreender as mediações da leitura literária dos professores alfabetizadores do primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Boa Vista. Para tanto, é analisado o processo de mediação de leitura em uma perspectiva histórica cultural e não descritiva. O caminho metodológico iniciou com uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a temática, a escolha das escolas e dos sujeitos de pesquisa. A entrevista semiestruturada com os professores selecionados, o diário de campo para anotação da observação colaborativa e as oficinas de formação continuada e colaborativa contribuíram para a construção do corpus de análise desse estudo. À luz dos pressupostos teóricos de Vigotski (2010), abordo os processos de mediação da aprendizagem tentando articular a filosofia da linguagem de Bakhtin (2006) para compreender a natureza da experiência com a literatura. O movimento de fazer pesquisa com os professores e não sobre eles, permite escutar suas vozes, conhecer e aprender com suas experiências, com seus discursos, bem como trocar e (re)construir conhecimentos num movimento interativo no qual negociam-se sentidos, compartilham-se significados, rompem-se com paradigmas e reelaboram-se práticas. Conclui-se que os sentidos produzidos na relação de formação colaborativa ecoaram na direção de repensar e construir efetivamente um trabalho de mediação de leitura literária com os alunos do primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental da Rede Municipal de Boa Vista - RR. Para além disso, que os processos de colaboração e parceria estabelecidos entre os professores participantes da pesquisa e também com a pesquisadora nas oficinas foram fundamentais para mudança de práticas na sala, assim como inserção de um trabalho focado na mediação da leitura literária que contemplasse mais a estética do texto do que a função utilitária da literatura e, por seguinte, a formação do leitor de literatura
