PENGARUH SALES GROWTH, TATO DAN DER TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN ROA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman, Sub Sektor Farmasi serta Sub Sektor Tembakau yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2018)

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determined the effect of Sales Growth, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Firm Value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) with Return on Asset (ROA) as an intervening variable. The type of research is a quantitative research, a sample technique is uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling method which results a sample of 19 companies. The test dicussion was carried out with descriptive analysis statictics, outlier test, classic assumption test, path analysis, determination coefficients test and hypothesis test by t-test and f-test. The results of the test showed that Sales Growth has a positive and significant effect on PBV. Sales Growth has a positive and insignificant on ROA. TATO has a negative and insignificant on ROA.
