KARAKTERISTIK IBU MENYUSUI DAN JENIS PERSALINAN DENGAN KEBERHASILAN ASI EKSKLUSIF

The benefits of breastfeeding can not be replaced by any other food or drink. The success of exclusive breastfeeding influenced by several things. Besides mother and baby factor is important in giving exclusive breastfeeding. The type of delivery is one of the obstacles to exclusive breastfeeding success. The coverage of exclusive breasfeeding is still below the target of less than 80 %. A survey based on a monthly report of data from a municipal public health center that state in 2014 only 11,21 % and in 2015 only 12,91 % of infants aged 0-6 months who get breastfeeding only. This is still below the target for the national community nutrition program is 44 % and the target of province is 70 %. This research is descriptive correlation research using cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies alder the 6 months to 2 years old who came at Kota Mungkid Public Health center. Sampling technique using accidental sampling counted 30 respondents. Data collection tool using checklist. There result is no correlation between age with exclusive breastfeeding success and ? value of 0.222. There is no correlation between education with exclusive ation success and ? value of 0.574. There is no correlation between parity and exclusive ation success with ? value of 0.070. There is a correlatian between work with exclusive breastfeeding success and ? value of 0.013. There is no correlation betwen the type of delivery and the success of exclusive breastfeeding with a ? value of 0.9. Keywords: Characteristic, Type of Labor, Exclusive Breastfeeding ABSTRAK Air Susu Ibu (ASI) sebagai anugerah Tuhan untuk bayi yang tidak dapat digantikan oleh makanan atau minuman apapun. Keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal. Selain itu faktor ibu dan bayi juga berperan cukup besar dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Metode kelahiran bayi menjadi salah satu penghambat keberhasilan menyusui. Cakupan pemberian ASI Eksklusif  masih di bawah target yaitu kurang dari 80 %. Survey berdasarkan laporan bulanan data dari Puskesmas Kota Mungkid yang menyatakan di tahun 2014 hanya 11,21 % dan tahun 2015 hanya 12,91 % bayi berusia 0 sampai 6 bulan yang mendapat ASI saja. Hal ini masih di bawah target untuk program gizi masyarakat secara nasional adalah 44 % dan target provinsi 70 %. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang mempunyai bayi berusia lebih dari 6 bulan sampai 2 tahun yang datang di Puskesmas Kota Mungkid. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling sebanyak 30 responden. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan ceklist. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara umur dengan keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai ? sebesar 0.222. Tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai ? sebesar 0.574. Tidak ada hubungan antara paritas dengan keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai ? sebesar 0.078. Ada hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai ? sebesar 0.013.Tidak ada hubungan antara jenis persalinan dengan keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai ? sebesar 0936 Kata Kunci : Karakteristik, Jenis Persalinan, ASI Ekslusi
