The covid-19 pandemic throws into sharp relief fundamental questions about global health justice and the institutions that are tasked with securing it. This talk considers some of the basic building blocks for thinking about global health justice, in particular, individual human rights, including the human right to health, and common goods, such as herd immunity. Presenter: Professor John Tasioulas, Director of the Institute for Ethics in AI and Professor of Ethics and Legal Philosophy, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Oxford & Notre Dame London Law Program Moderator: Professor Jeffrey Pojanowski, Notre Dame Law School.https://scholarship.law.nd.edu/ndls_posters/1526/thumbnail.jp
