Ed Educación inclusiva de calidad, desafío en el marco del conflicto armado en Colombia

The armed conflict is a reality that Colombia has experienced for six decades and that has permeated to a greater or lesser degree the family, the community, society and education. This is how this research aimed to propose didactic-pedagogical strategies for the inclusion of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 17 who were victims of the armed social conflict in the Pozo Azul Agricultural and Business Technical Educational Institution, in the municipality of San Pablo, south of Bolívar. It was approached from the qualitative approach; with descriptive explanatory type of study, through action research design. Among the results, it is highlighted that, when characterizing the population of the seventh grade, it was found that 50% of the group presents extra-school age because they are two years above the average for this grade, which is 12 years; that is, fourteen (14) students found themselves in this situation; with the affectation in their socio-emotional processes that this entails. Likewise, to highlight has to do with the results issued from the surveys carried out with the thirteen teachers of the institution, where 69.2% determined that the strategy called Self-structuring should be given functionality, which allows generating meetings of subjects motivated by analyzing various social aspects and a continuous improvement of their exercise, defining their strengths and weaknesses; in addition, to contribute to organizing the judgments and reflections of the learner regarding issues of experience in the context.El conflicto armado es una realidad que vive Colombia desde hace seis décadas y que ha permeado en mayor o menor grado a la familia, a la comunidad, a la sociedad y a la educación. Es así como esta investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer estrategias didáctico-pedagógicas para la inclusión de adolescentes entre los 12 y 17 años víctimas del conflicto social armado en la Institución Educativa Técnica Agropecuaria y Empresarial Pozo Azul, del municipio de San Pablo, sur de Bolívar. Fue abordada desde el enfoque cualitativo; con tipo de estudio descriptivo explicativo, a través del diseño investigación acción. Entre los resultados se destacan que, al realizar la caracterización de la población del grado séptimo, se encontró que el 50% del grupo presenta extra-edad escolar debido a que tiene dos años por encima del promedio para este grado que es de 12 años; es decir, que catorce (14) estudiantes se ubicaron en esta situación; con la afectación en sus procesos socioemocionales que a ello conlleva. Así mismo, a resaltar tiene que ver con los resultados emitidos a partir de las encuestas realizadas a los trece docentes de la institución en donde el 69.2% determinó que se le debe dar funcionalidad a la estrategia llamada Auto estructurante, la cual permite generar encuentros de sujetos motivados por analizar diversos aspectos sociales y un mejoramiento continuo de su ejercitación, delimitando sus fortalezas y debilidades; además, de contribuir a organizar los juicios y las reflexiones del educando con respecto a temas de vivencia en el contexto
