Introduction: Laser surgery of the larynx offers several advantagesover conventional surgical methods, including a bloodless operativefield and microscopic precision. However, the anesthetist faces specialissues in the management of these patients. The Aim of the studyis to determine the hemodynamic complications during laser surgeryof the larynx. Materials and Methods: A 2-year prospective cohortstudy of 50 patients who underwent laser microsurgery of the larynxin the Department of ENT Surgery; University Hospital „QueenGiovanna”- ISUL; Medical University-Sofia.
