A comparative analysis of the morbidity statistics and disease prevalence among the working and older age Ukrainian population is given in the article. The data on the general health level of elderly and senile people in 2008-2012 is presented. It was determined that morbidity of all diseases in the working age population in the period of 2008-2012 exceeds the corresponding rates among the older age population.The evolution of all diseases` prevalence in the working age population has undulating nature. In older age population a negative trend of increasing prevalence was observed.
