This article analyzes the relationship between organizational justice and satisfaction of basic psychological needs at work. It establishes the relationships between the different forms of justice and satisfaction of basic needs defined by self-determination theory. The results, derived from regression analyzes on a sample of 453 employees, show that the dimensions of organizational justice are positively associated to satisfaction of needs. However, their degree of association is significantly different. It depends on the form of employee need for autonomy, competence and relatedness.
