Tri-Services NDE Capabilities Requirements Air Force / Army / Navy

I imagine that roost of you would agree that it is a very difficult task to conclude what the military services--the Army, Navy and Air Force--have established as their major NDE requirements toward which research projects could be focussed. What we are going to try to do in the next few minutes, then, is present a short view of what, in our best judgement, these requirements are and what are the long range capabilities that we would like to see developed.
