Almost 90,000 of Iowa\u27s 213,000 farms are rented.- On nearly all of these farms the lease contract runs for only one year. On many thousands of these the tenant remains but a single year. This circular discusses briefly the more important considerations to be kept in mind in making farm rental contracts and explains the so-called Iowa leases which are being circulated by the Iowa Agricultural Extension Service
