The energy questions has been increased the recent years, specifically when it comes to the energy smart houses. In Sweden the interest for building energy smart houses has been increased yet it is not really popular to build passivhouses compairing with Germany but some people has started to understand the importance of building energy smart houses. It is possible to find some passivhouses around Sweden but yet it is hard to find new built passivhouses. This study is based on a comparison between passivhouses and regular little houses in Sweden.
