OBJECTIVES: The dementia care home workforce receive little specific training. There are successful interventions, improving care outcomes, but it is unclear whether or how to sustain these effects. The Managing Agitation and Raising Quality of Life (MARQUE) intervention aimed to train care home staffto reduce resident's agitation and improve their quality of life.
