Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) survivors need attention and dependence from their primary caregiver. Traumatic brain injury is a defect of different psychological and physical functions of the victim. Caregivers play an essential role in providing adequate care for the safe; this provides an additional need for care and time to adjust to new problems for them. They also may experience unmet needs over the care survivorship continuum at home. In particular, TBI caregivers can face specific challenges in assisting them in handling unexpected changes to their daily routines.
