This article describes some of the results of the project entitled “Intercultural conflict, education and active democracy in Mexico: Citizenship and indigenous rights in the bilingual and intercultural pedagogical movement of the Los Altos, Northern and Lacandon Rainforest Regions of Chiapas”.
