Relaciones laborales en la España del primer tercio del siglo XX. Una reflexión sociológica

In this text we explore the first theoretical systematizations in Spain of employment regulation which took place at the beginning of the 20th century, focusing on the aspects considered to be important in them, the conceptions or arguments of their authors, their intellectual origins and the contributions they made. In Spain, very little analysis of this type has been carried out. The text addresses, first, criticisms of the regulation of relations between employers and workers as privately constituted; second, the systematization of social policies; third, proposals for a new social constitution; and finally, trade union alternatives to face the growing tendency toward the concentration of capital (with all its consequences).En el presente texto, se exploran las primeras sistematizaciones teóricas de la regulación del empleo que tiene lugar al comienzo del siglo XX en España, los aspectos que se consideran significativos en las mismas, las concepciones o argumentaciones de sus autores, sus orígenes intelectuales y las aportaciones que implican. En España, hay pocos análisis en este sentido. En la estructuración del artículo, se aborda(n), primero, la crítica a la regulación de las relaciones entre empresario y trabajadores en tanto que privadamente constituidas; segundo, las sistematizaciones de las políticas sociales; tercero, las propuestas de una nueva constitución social; y por último, las alternativas sindicalistas para afrontar la tendencia creciente a la concentración de capitales (con todas las consecuencias comportadas)
